Guidance for Healthy Active Aging


Recently I realized that my story of remarkable active aging can serve to inspire other babyboomers, and even people turning forty. I designed this website around belief in the power created by having a youthful spirit and positive attitude power. Active aging happens when we embrace the vision that strength, stamina, agility, and fun can exist throughout the aging process, not just in the first half of life.

Our minds can be trained to maintain positive attitude power and healthier beliefs than "over the hill" after forty. This negative phrase has been commonly accepted and used for generations. I invite you to let me assist you in developing the thinking that you can "live at the top of the hill"!

This is such a blessing. Explore this website to find guidance through all of the above and in living at the top of the hill!

Whatever your passion is in life (mine is dancing!)... KEEP DOING IT. Believe in yourself, choose positive thoughts, and explore new challenges at every moment. Of course we have to respect our bodies and take care of ourselves, but we have so much more endurance and potential than most people think.

Youth does not have to be wasted on the young! You can carry a youthful determination and optimism with you along the entire path of your life.
